Attendees

Officer and Committee Openings

Looking for the following committee chairpersons through June 30, 2025:

Fundraising Committee - Coordinate all fundraising projects; consisting of JA Racing events, Cashola nights, etc
Scholarship Committee - Application screening and selection process for 2025. Note: Senior parents are not eligible for the committee.
Hospitality Committee - Assist Director with healthy meals/snack rehearsals, One Act, Spring Show, year end banquet. Funds will be provided from the booster club general fund.
Communications Committee - Maintain the website, communicate events and dates, etc.

Nomination for Vice President Sonja Milsom. Voting took place and it was a unanimous vote to Sonja as a new Vice President

Treasurer's Report

Current balance is Christy to provide before email distribution of minutes

General announcement:

By-laws will be updated and sent to booster club officers to review and edit. Final will be emailed to all members and submitted to Cox High School
Membership dues are now $20 and the money goes to providing snacks and water for rehearsals & shows,, costumes, props, set pieces, right to shows, and show t-shirts, etc. Ms. Machay will distribute the membership forms to the students at the next meeting.
J&A Racing Surf-n-Santa, Mrs. Machay waiting to hear back from J&A need for volunteers.

December 13/14 J&A Surf-n-Santa race Volunteer Opportunity

January 23, 2025 - One Act Performance at Cox High School

January 24/25 - One Act Competition at Salam High School

March 15, 2025 - J&A Racing Shamrock Marathon Volunteer Opportunity
